More about the service

Information sent over this e-mail system is not intended to be of a spam nature
and is to keep all Parent Councils aware of educational matters which
may be relevant to them and to seek their opinions.

It is recommended that only one person on your Parent Council manages
the e-mail address to avoid the loss of e-mails, and that person is responsible
for forwarding any e-mails to the relevant Parent Council members

The use of the address should be strictly for Parent Council matters
and must not be abused for spamming or other inappropriate use. 
This e-mail address should never be used for personal e-mails as
others on your Council may access it.  E-mail is not a secure
method of sending confidential & personal information.

The e-mail address lets us know which school Parent Council is
communicating with us - it is probably not exactly the same as your
school name as some names are long and others are the same as
other schools around Scotland, but should suffice for our purposes.
